Lists and timetables are a way of segmenting the time you have on this earth into little blocks of directed attention where one completes prescribed activity. I don’t get this. What is the point of organising your time into activities? You are already a product of your past self, why take the next step and let your past self dictate the activities you partake in the future?
This is either:
A) An attempt to stop time by becoming your past self or;
B) An attempt by your past self to take over your life.
Both of these things are attempts to avoid death.
